BDS offers next level performance while maintaining on-road handling and factory suspension geometry with 3" coilover systems for the Toyota Tundra.
These kits use FOX 2.5 factory series remote reservoir coilovers for bolt-in upgrade to the factory strut assemblies for improved damper performance across all terrains. Coilovers are offered with standard remote reservoir or with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to dial in high-speed and low-speed compression settings. Also supplied as part of these complete 3" lift system are a pair of BDS performance series upper control arms (UCA). These UCAs improve suspension travel and while providing superior strength and styling to the factory arms. These arms are built from 1.5" OD heavy wall tubing, fully welded with integrated support gussets. They include brake line mounting tabs and use an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning back to the neutral position at ride height. The BDS arms come fully assembled with OE-style rubber bushings for the frame mounts and a high-quality MOOG ball joint for smooth, quiet operation and better durability than arms that use heims and uniballs. 1" front differential spacers and longer hardware is supplied to reposition the front differential to keep CV axle angles at a minimum. In the rear, BDS supplies a set of heavy duty shackles. These shackles provide 1" of lift to level the stance and include grade 8 installation hardware. Rounding out the rear of this 3" coilover system are a pair of specially tuned FOX 2.0 performance series IFP shocks designed to pair with the front coilovers for impressive performance on and offroad. and allow clearance for 33" tires under Tundra.
As with all BDS lift kits these new 3" systems include Factory Protection Plus for the ultimate extended drivetrain warranty. No Fine Print Warranty
BDS stands behind its products and that’s evident by their No Fine Print Warranty. This no-BS warranty protects the original purchaser against breakage, bending, sagging, or any other usage failure. This “no fine print” lifetime replacement warranty extends to cover all BDS hard parts as well as bushings. Exclusions would be product finish and wearable items such as shock/stabilizer cylinders, tie rod ends and ball joints that would fall under the separate Limited Lifetime Warranty policy. Beginning February 1, 2020 all new kit purchases include the No Fine Print Warranty on bushings.

Limited Lifetime Warranty (for wearable items)
Wearable items include shock/steering stabilizer cylinders, ball joints and tie rod ends. BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its these wearable parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
