BDS 4.5" Lift Kit for Chevy/GMC 2011-2019 2500 & 3500 Pickup 2WD/4WD

BDS Suspension 2011-2019 Chevy 2500HD 2wd/4wd 4.5" No Torsion Bar Drop Suspension System.
Like many of our other IFS suspension systems for the Chevys, this 4.5" system is packed with the same features and benefits of the current 6.5" kit but designed for a lower lift height for those looking for a more modest setup. Like the 6.5" system, the 4.5" includes one piece crossmembers, differential drop brackets, ductile cast iron steering knuckles and bolt-on no torsion bar drop brackets that keep the torsion bars in the factory location at the frame. Also included are stainless steel front brake lines, extended sway bar links and differential skid plates. The front replacement steel splash guard with the BDS logo finishes out the front of the clean, high clearance design. In the rear, the system comes with a 2" block and u-bolt setup that levels the vehicle perfectly. For those looking for a little more height in the rear, the existing 3" rear block kits can be substituted in.

Note: Components displayed in images may change based upon selections.

1. Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
2. Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
3. Stock 20" wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015-2019 models
4. Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
5. Models with two piece rear driveshaft may require #121612.
6. Top mounted rear overload spring equipped models require a different kit than non-overload equipped models. Be sure to select the correct option for your truck.
7. Depending on the specific wheel and tire combination trimming may be required for 35x12.50s

IMPORTANT: This system is available for both top mounted rear overload spring equipped and non-overload models, with the option to choose a 2" or 3" rear block kit with NX² or Fox 2.0 Series shocks. Be sure to select the correct overload/non-overload option while choosing your rear block size and shock package.

  • Non-Overload | 2" Block - NX2 Shocks:  This selection is for models that are not equipped with top mounted rear overload springs. Includes a 2" rear block/ubolt kit for vehicles without overloads and NX² series shocks.
  • Non-Overload | 3" Block - NX2 Shocks: This selection is for models that are not equipped with top mounted rear overload springs. Includes a 3" rear block/ubolt kit for vehicles without overloads and NX² series shocks.
  • Overload | 2" Block - NX2 Shocks: This selection is for models that are equipped with top mounted rear overload springs. Includes a 2" rear block/ubolt kit for vehicles with overloads and NX² series shocks.
  • Overload | 3" Block - NX2 Shocks: This selection is for models that are equipped with top mounted rear overload springs. Includes a 3" rear block/ubolt kit for vehicles with overloads and NX² series shocks.
  • 4" Block - NX2 Shocks: This option will work with trucks with a Top Mounted Overload and trucks without the Top Mounted Overload.
  • Non-Overload | 2" Block - Fox 2.0 Shocks: This selection is for models that are not equipped with top mounted rear overload springs. Includes a 2" rear block/ubolt kit for vehicles without overloads and Fox 2.0 Series Shocks.
  • Non-Overload | 3" Block - Fox 2.0 Shocks: This selection is for models that are not equipped with top mounted rear overload springs. Includes a 3" rear block/ubolt kit for vehicles without overloads and Fox 2.0 Series Shocks.

No Fine Print Warranty
BDS stands behind its products and that’s evident by their No Fine Print Warranty. This no-BS warranty protects the original purchaser against breakage, bending, sagging, or any other usage failure. This “no fine print” lifetime replacement warranty extends to cover all BDS hard parts as well as bushings. Exclusions would be product finish and wearable items such as shock/stabilizer cylinders, tie rod ends and ball joints that would fall under the separate Limited Lifetime Warranty policy. Beginning February 1, 2020 all new kit purchases include the No Fine Print

Limited Lifetime Warranty (for wearable items)
Wearable items include shock/steering stabilizer cylinders, ball joints and tie rod ends. BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its these wearable parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
