BDS Suspension adds new 3.5" UCA lift systems designed to take advantage of the stout factory front suspension design on the 2019 Ford Ranger.
This new system builds off the factory mounting points and offers improved strength, ground clearance and suspension travel. The new ride height is the result of a combination top mounted steel fabricated strut spacer along with preload spacer for a total 3.5" of front lift. The reason for the combination is to achieve the correct ride height without increasing the overall extended length of the strut assembly too the point of causing premature wear of the CV axles and other front end components. Also supplied for the front end are a pair of performance upper control arms (UCAs) designed for improved strength and suspension travel. Built from thick wall 1.5" DOM tubing, these UCAs utilize an indexed ball joint cup to reposition the upper ball joints and allowing more droop travel. These arms come fully assembled right out of the box with high quality greaseable Moog ball joints and Clevite rubber bushings for long life, quiet operation and superior corrosion resistance over uniballs and heims. Finishing out the front of these 3.5" systems is a small differential relocation to help further improve CV axle operating angle.
In the rear of these lift systems the factory leaf springs are retained and 1" lift comes from a heavy duty replacement shackle. These shackles are built from high strength 3/8" steel and have the benefit of leveling the stance, correcting rear pinion angle and allowing for increased rear suspension travel. Also supplied for the rear of these 3.5" lift kits are your choice of specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks for improved damper performance. All kits come finished in a durable black e-coat finish and sent with all hardware packs to complete the install along with step-by-step installation instructions. All BDS kits include Factory Protection Plus for the ultimate extended warranty to include BDS's No Fine Print Warranty, ESC System compatibility and a 5year-60mile drivetrain warranty to match the dealer. Improve the look and capability of your 2019 Ford Ranger with these new 3.5" UCA lift systems from BDS Suspension.

No Fine Print Warranty
BDS stands behind its products and that’s evident by their No Fine Print Warranty. This no-BS warranty protects the original purchaser against breakage, bending, sagging, or any other usage failure. This “no fine print” lifetime replacement warranty extends to cover all BDS hard parts as well as bushings. Exclusions would be product finish and wearable items such as shock/stabilizer cylinders, tie rod ends and ball joints that would fall under the separate Limited Lifetime Warranty policy. Beginning February 1, 2020 all new kit purchases include the No Fine Print Warranty on bushings.
Limited Lifetime Warranty (for wearable items)
Wearable items include shock/steering stabilizer cylinders, ball joints and tie rod ends. BDS Suspension Co. warrants to the original retail purchaser that its these wearable parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for so long as they own the vehicle. Excluded from this warranty are the finish of the product. Defects in material and workmanship do not include such things as dented cylinders or bent rods caused by obvious side impact, rust or corrosion. A shock absorber is a wear item and over time will experience diminished damping resistance due to normal component wear. This is not a defect in material or workmanship and is therefore not warrantable.
