Product Availability

Trident Motorsports strives to maintain accurate inventory data. Occasionally, an item may be backordered at the manufacturer. If an item is unavailable, Trident Motorsports will contact the buyer with an estimated in-stock and shipping date. Trident Motorsports may issue a full refund in the event of an out-of-stock item.

 

Shipping

Trident Motorsports provides shipping within the continental United States only. For orders outside of this area, please use the Contact Us page prior to placing your order.

Some items may ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Most items ordered before 12:00 pm CT ship within 2 business days from the date of order. Items shipped by ground or LTL generally arrive within 1-5 days from date of shipment. Trident Motorsports is not responsible for carrier shipping delays.

 

Returns & Refunds

Items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Items that are components of a kit must be returned as a full kit. Items may NOT be returned once installed, otherwise used, or damaged. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns and refunds may be requested through the Contact Us page.

Note: Refunds will generally be processed within 48 business hours of receipt at our warehouse in order to allow for inspection and processing.

 

Markdown & Open Box Items

Markdown and Open Box items are offered at a discount as they have either been overstocked, slightly damaged, or returned from a previous customer. Items are sold as-is. Trident Automotive will indicate any damage found during the inspection process - please note that this does not guarantee that all defects have been identified. Sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or replacements are permitted. Some manufacturers may continue to warranty such items; however, the purchaser accepts that some manufacturers may not extend warranties to items in this category. How do I request a return?

Use the Contact Us page, ensuring to include your order number, contact information, items for return, and reason for return. One of our team members will contact you with return shipping details and instructions. Additional information and documentation may be required.

Note: Some items must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please do not ship items to Trident Motorsports prior to return authorization and return instructions. 

 

How do I request a replacement for a missing or damaged part?

Upon receipt, please inspect all orders for completion, accuracy, and damage. If packaging appears to be damaged, ensure to photograph the damage, as this may be required for a shipping carrier claim.

Use the Contact Us page, ensuring to include your order number, contact information, and description of the incorrect or damaged part(s). A sales representative will contact you to correct the issue.

 

What product warranties does Trident Motorsports offer?

Product warranties are solely offered by product manufacturers. Please refer to the product manufacturer's warranty statement. Trident Motorsports is available to assist with required documentation. Please use the Contact Us page if assistance is required.
